Refund requests submitted after the applicable refund window will not be processed, except in cases of documented technical failure or billing errors attributable to NordShieldVPN.
4. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and circumstances are not eligible for a refund:
- Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or authorized resellers). These must be handled through the respective platform's refund process.
- Promotional or discounted plans that were explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards and promotional credits issued by NordShieldVPN or affiliated partners.
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations, including but not limited to: use of the service for illegal activities, abuse of the VPN infrastructure, or distribution of malware.
- Partial months of service if the subscription has been active for more than the refund window period.
- Cryptocurrency payments where the transaction cannot be reversed due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. Store credits may be offered instead at our discretion.
- Dedicated IP addresses and static IP add-ons once assigned to your account.
- Setup or configuration fees, if applicable.
5. How to Request a Refund (Step-by-Step)
To request a refund, please follow the steps outlined below carefully. Incomplete requests may cause delays in processing.

7. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, NordShieldVPN may issue a partial refund rather than a full refund. Partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted after the full refund window has expired but within a reasonable additional period (at our sole discretion).
- The subscription has been partially used and the customer can demonstrate a valid reason for the refund (e.g., extended service outage).
- A bundle or package was purchased and only one component qualifies for a refund.
- A documented billing error resulted in an overcharge, in which case only the overcharged amount will be refunded.
The calculation of partial refunds will be based on the unused portion of the subscription period, minus any applicable processing fees. Our team will communicate the calculated refund amount before processing.
8. Exchange Policy
NordShieldVPN does not offer direct plan exchanges in the traditional sense; however, we do provide the following accommodation:
- Plan Upgrades: If you wish to upgrade your current subscription to a higher-tier plan, the remaining balance of your current plan may be applied as a prorated credit toward the new plan. Please contact support to facilitate this process.
- Plan Downgrades: Downgrading your plan before the renewal date is permitted. The difference in cost will not be refunded but will be credited toward future billing cycles at our discretion.
- Service Credit: In lieu of a cash refund for non-refundable situations, we may offer a service credit equivalent in value, which can be applied to any future NordShieldVPN subscription or add-on purchase.

9. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your NordShieldVPN subscription at any time by logging into your account at aggree.digital and navigating to the Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan section.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Refund eligibility is determined by the terms in Sections 2 and 3 of this policy.
- You will lose access to premium VPN features at the end of your billing cycle.
- Your account data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy for up to 30 days following cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
Auto-Renewal Cancellation
Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. To avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Charges already processed for a renewal cycle are subject to the renewal refund terms outlined in Section 3.
